Toni Farthing

Toni has called Northern Virginia home for most of her life. She grew up in Fairfax County before moving to Prince William County in 1999, where she and her husband, Ron, have built a life and family together for 37 years. They have three adult children and four grandchildren, and for Toni, family is at the heart of everything she does. Some of her favorite moments are simply spending time together and making memories with her grandchildren.

After graduating from college, Toni began her career as a teacher in Fairfax County. When she and Ron started their family, she shifted her focus to raising and homeschooling their children while also building businesses and developing the strong organizational, communication, and entrepreneurial skills that continue to serve her today.

Toni has always had a genuine passion for helping others. Since 2015, she has worked with clients on their health and wellness journeys, encouraging people to become healthier, feel their best, and reach their personal goals. That same heart for helping people eventually led her to another passion—real estate.

With Ron’s love for fixing and flipping homes and Toni’s natural ability to connect with people, real estate became a perfect fit. Her experience in education, business, sales, and client relationships has given her a unique skill set that she brings to every transaction. Known as a natural connector, Toni combines strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude with a genuine desire to understand what matters most to each client.

Whether she is helping someone sell a longtime home, purchase the perfect property, or find land where they can build the home they’ve always envisioned, Toni is committed to guiding her clients through the process with enthusiasm, care, and confidence.

When she isn’t working with clients, Toni enjoys staying active at the gym, catching up with friends, and spending quality time with her family. Above all, she treasures the opportunity to make memories with the people she loves most.
