Mike Frowen brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to Jacobs & Co. Real Estate, giving his clients the benefit of decades spent navigating changing markets, negotiating transactions, and helping buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions. With deep roots in Northern Virginia real estate, Mike has represented clients throughout Prince William County, Manassas, Gainesville, Centreville, Loudoun County, and surrounding communities.

Throughout his career, Mike has worked with a wide variety of clients, properties, and price points, representing both buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process. His extensive experience has given him an understanding of not only the local market, but also the many details and challenges that can arise between the first conversation and the closing table.

Whether he is helping a first-time buyer find the right place to call home, advising a longtime homeowner preparing to sell, or negotiating on behalf of a client making their next move, Mike brings a straightforward, knowledgeable, and dependable approach to every transaction. After more than two decades in the business, he understands that successful real estate is ultimately built on trust, communication, and relationships.

Outside of real estate, family is one of the most important parts of Mike’s life. A proud father of two, he especially enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. Sports have always been a big part of his life as well—whether he’s playing himself or cheering from the sidelines as his kids and grandkids take the field. Some of his favorite moments are simply being there to support his family and watch them do what they love.

That strong sense of family also influences the way Mike approaches real estate. He understands that a home is much more than a property—it’s where families grow, traditions are created, and countless memories are made.
