Before entering real estate, Matt spent 16 incredible years serving Prince William County as a high school teacher and school administrator. That experience gave him a unique ability to communicate clearly, educate others, solve problems, and build meaningful relationships throughout the community—skills that have become an invaluable part of the way he serves his real estate clients today.

Since making the transition into real estate, Matt has built an impressive track record representing both buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia. His experience spans a wide variety of properties, from traditional residential homes to land, acreage, and luxury properties. Working throughout Prince William County and surrounding Northern Virginia communities has given Matt a strong understanding of both suburban and rural markets and the different needs that come with each.

Matt’s background as an educator continues to shape the experience he provides his clients. Real estate comes with countless moving parts, important deadlines, negotiations, and major decisions, and Matt understands how valuable it is to have someone who can make a complicated process feel understandable. Family and community remain at the center of Matt’s life. He and his wife, Kathleen, reside in Nokesville with their three children, Roslyn, Selah, and Lion.
