Les Wall

Les Wall is a seasoned real estate professional licensed in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C., giving him the ability to serve clients across a broad and diverse real estate market. He believes successful real estate begins with understanding his clients’ goals, advocating for their best interests, and providing the experience and guidance they need to make confident decisions.

Alongside his wife and real estate partner, Angela, Les is one half of the husband-and-wife team behind “Call the Walls.” Married for more than 35 years, their partnership extends well beyond real estate. Together, they raised five children and now cherish spending time with their family and grandchildren. Their years of building a life and business together have created a natural partnership, allowing them to bring complementary strengths to every transaction.

Les has extensive experience representing sellers and understands what it takes to successfully bring a home to market. From positioning and presenting a property to negotiating price and terms, he works diligently to help sellers achieve the strongest possible outcome. When representing buyers, Les combines patience with assertive negotiation, helping his clients identify the right property and confidently navigate the process from the initial search through closing.

Throughout his career, Les has continued to strengthen his expertise, earning both the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations. His dedication and sales production have also earned industry recognition, including the Century 21 Masters Ruby Award in 2016 and Top Producer recognition from the Prince William Association of REALTORS® in multiple years.
