Gracie Loebs is a Northern Virginia native who brings a unique combination of sales experience, creative marketing, local market knowledge, and strong negotiation skills to her role as a real estate professional with Jacobs & Co. Real Estate. Before becoming a licensed agent, Gracie began her real estate career managing the company’s Inside Sales Department, giving her valuable experience in lead generation, client communication, and understanding the needs of buyers and sellers.

As her passion for the industry grew, Gracie transitioned into a licensed real estate role, gaining hands-on experience assisting agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction process before building her own business. That foundation allowed her to experience real estate from multiple perspectives and helped shape the attentive, proactive approach she brings to her clients today.

Gracie has represented buyers and sellers throughout Northern Virginia and surrounding communities, working with a variety of property types, price points, and individual client needs. Her knowledge of the area, combined with her background in sales and marketing, allows her to create a personalized strategy for every client she represents.
