Ellie Kennedy

Ellie Kennedy brings a truly unique perspective to real estate, with roots in England and a lifelong interest in homes, construction, and property. Born in Liverpool, Ellie began her career at just 16 years old through an apprenticeship with an estate agency in England. It didn’t take long for her to realize she had found something she loved, developing an early passion for everything from buying and selling homes to building them from the ground up.

Her experience extends beyond traditional real estate. Ellie spent time working in property construction as a project manager on building sites and even took on the incredible experience of building her own home while living in Scotland. That hands-on background gives her a valuable understanding of homes from a different perspective and an appreciation for the possibilities that come with building, renovating, and creating a property that truly fits the people who live there.

Now calling Northern Virginia home, Ellie has embraced everything the area has to offer. Having lived in different places and even different countries, she understands what it feels like to relocate, adjust to a new community, and find a place that finally feels like home. She especially enjoys the variety of Northern Virginia, from the charm of Old Town Manassas and the shops and boutiques of Warrenton to having Washington, D.C. just a short trip away.

Ellie describes herself as down-to-earth and honest, and those qualities are at the heart of how she works with her clients. Her goal is to make people feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout the real estate process. She believes that when clients feel comfortable and confident in the person representing them, everything else becomes easier to navigate.

For Ellie, enjoying what she does means making sure the people she works with enjoy the experience too. Whether buying, selling, relocating, or considering building a home from the ground up, she brings a genuine personality, international perspective, and hands-on property experience to every client relationship.
