Jaclyn Dougan is originally from Northern Ohio and has proudly called Nokesville home since moving to the area with her husband in 2017. Together, they are raising two sweet children and a sassy Goldendoodle who keeps life fun and full of personality. Having built a life and family in Northern Virginia, Jaclyn has developed a genuine appreciation for the communities, people, and opportunities that make the area such a special place to call home.

Before beginning her career in real estate, Jaclyn spent eleven years as a nurse, where she discovered just how much she values helping others through important moments in their lives. Her background in healthcare has shaped the way she approaches real estate today—with compassion, patience, attention to detail, and a commitment to making sure the people she works with feel heard, supported, and cared for.

Real estate gave Jaclyn an exciting new way to continue doing what she loves most: building meaningful relationships and helping people.
