About Me

Rosalinda Cruz has dedicated the past 23 years to helping families begin their next chapter through real estate. Her extensive experience spans residential sales, investment properties, agricultural land, foreclosures, REO and HUD homes, as well as BPOs—providing property value reports to banks. She has assisted mortgage companies with foreclosure processes, including cash-for-keys, and has hands-on property management experience involving evictions and writs of possession. Early in her career, Rosalinda also served as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator for three years, guiding clients who needed credit or financial improvement and helping them prepare for homeownership. She is known for combining deep industry knowledge with genuine care.

Rosalinda is a wife, a mother to two wonderful adult children, and a proud grandmother to Gia and Nico, who bring her tremendous joy. She enjoys traveling, exploring new foods, collecting wine from her adventures, and cooking the Mexican dishes she grew up with. She also has a passion for baking milk-free desserts and cherishes cozy movie nights with her family.

As a Spanish speaker, former first-time homebuyer instructor, and previous military spouse, Rosalinda understands the unique needs of a diverse range of clients—from VA loans and PCS moves to long-distance relocations. Her faith is the foundation of her life and shapes the way she serves her clients—with honesty, compassion, and unwavering commitment.
