Melina Campbell

Melina Campbell brings more than a decade of real estate experience to Jacobs & Co. Real Estate, along with a unique perspective shaped by her experiences as a homeowner, renter, landlord, military service member, and military spouse. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Melina joined the military shortly after high school, where she met her husband while stationed in Coronado, California. Together, they raised four children, and Melina spent many years as a stay-at-home mom before building her career in real estate.

Melina entered the real estate industry in 2015, drawn to a career that allowed her to build her own business while doing meaningful work that positively impacts people’s lives. After spending a few years back in Colorado, she returned to Virginia to be closer to her children and continue the real estate career she loves.

At the heart of Melina’s approach is a simple philosophy: listen first and talk second. She understands that every buyer and seller has different goals, concerns, and circumstances, and she believes her clients deserve an agent who truly listens, advocates for them, and remains in their corner throughout the entire process. With experience owning multiple properties and serving as both a renter and landlord herself, she understands firsthand the difference a reliable and knowledgeable real estate professional can make.

Her military background also gives Melina a special understanding of the needs of military families throughout Northern Virginia. Having experienced military life herself, she knows how quickly relocation can happen and how stressful a move can be for an entire family. She strives to bring reassurance, organization, and understanding to the process while helping her buyers create competitive offers and positioning her sellers’ homes to stand out in the marketplace.

Outside of real estate, family remains one of Melina’s greatest joys. She loves spending time with her three grandchildren, creating custom baby linens, baking, and playing the piano she has owned since she was nine years old.

With more than 10 years in the industry, a heart for helping others, and a genuine understanding of the many different circumstances that bring people to real estate, Melina would be honored to help her clients confidently navigate their next move.
